Running is a key activity in many fitness programmes, it is after all, one of the most natural of our activities as humans. However, there is increasingly debate about which running style is best. There are more running styles now than ever and it is hard to decide which is best for ourselves or our clients.
The principle of this Introduction to Running Biomechanics Online Training is that no single running style suits everyone. The purpose of this workshop is to outline the evidence that exists for each running style.
This online introduction to Running Biomechanics teaches you;
- The correct terminology to approach your local running clubs
- Understanding the mechanics and sequencing of running gaits
- Extrinsically look at different styles or idiosyncrasy’s and Intrinsically look at what restrictions and dysfunctions can cause them
This online training is designed to inform & enhance understanding for human movement practitioners in the field of both intrinsic & extrinsic biomechanics.
