Planning your workout can be a great idea but Over Planning can actually act against you.
We plan the time that we are going to workout, the time we have to finish our workout, what we have to wear, what has to be in our playlist, where we are going to work out, what food we need before during and after etc
This is almost like waiting for the perfect conditions which is quite dangerous.
Sometimes we forget that health isn’t all about the gym but about how you move and how you feel.
Imagine just running for the sake of running, climbing a tree, jumping, lunging, squatting etc
We don’t always have to have the perfect conditions to workout, just move your body whenever and wherever you can.
Sometimes the best plans are the ones that aren’t plans at all.
