Ah sure Why Not? Today I decided to take part in the Abseil Europa Hotel for AWARE NI on Sunday 20th May.

AWARE deliver mental health and well being programmes into communities, schools, colleges, universities and workplaces. These programmes Mood Matters programmes, Living Life to the Full, Mental Health First Aid and Mindfulness. Click on any of the links to find out more.

I am very luck to have recently been added to the AWARE team as a Support Group Facilitator. Very happy to help out anyway that I can on a subject very close to me.
